My hearts overflow with pride as we behold our institution, nurtured by vision and dedication, standing resplendent at the zenith of excellence after a remarkable journey of 32 years.
It has been a very fulfilling trip. The orientation in which education initiates an individual as a man is one of the basic truths that highlights the importance of education, which is the backbone enshrined in the name Greenway Modern School. We have grown up as an institution in which learning powers are strictly put to the test; personalities are moulded, characters drawn into a fine edge and lifelong habitual lines are determined. This has made Greenway establish a niche in the learning world.
Education is no longer about learning new skills; it is about character building, setting of fires of curiosity and honing of the young minds, to be able to take important roles in an ever-changing world. In the modern world that can be characterized by changing rapidly and having endless opportunities, the most important role of education is to provide the learner with the skills, values and confidence that he or she requires to manoeuvre in future.
We have a very vivid vision at our institution; to produce all rounded personalities who would think on their own, responsibly and with aspirations that are fearless. We offer an advanced, accommodating, and thought-provoking learning atmosphere- one that fosters questions, innovativeness and good. Academic rigour is a pillar to our methodology but at the same time weightage is given to emotional intelligence, ethical reason, teamwork and practical skills.
We permit the development of self-discipline and accountability to turn the ambition into the achievement and the challenges into the opportunities through the students. We do not just focus on getting students ready to pass tests but to get them ready to live.
We promote the exploration, innovation, and excellence of our learners in the academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular fields. The students find their strengths, resilience, and sense of purpose through a wide variety of opportunities in the areas of leadership, sports, arts, service, and experience-based learning. We develop international consciousness and at the same time, we deeply instill the principle of respect, empathy, environmental responsibility and social commitment among the students.
We believe empowerment should be achieved by reading widely and wisely on many topics as possible since knowledge is power. This is the time of high competition, so do not use the blazed trail; make your own niche and leave a different mark.
The learning process is a team activity. School parent partnership is very crucial in the holistic development of a child. I encourage the parents to take the steps with me and build relationships through collaboration to instill the belief, impact potential, and recognize progress at each level.
We think our students have no boundaries to the things they can accomplish with the help of vision as our guide and determination being our engine. The future is strenuous, thrilling and promising and we not just equip our children to confront the future but to create an impact on the same.
